Event Design
Our on-staff event coordinator can help you create the perfect vibe for your party or function. The Delta Echo Event Center space is versatile enough to accommodate most any event styling and design. Whether it’s subtle cosmetic touches or lavish re-styling of the event space, we can help you customize the venue to make your event more memorable.
Furniture and Styling
The Delta Echo Event Center features unique, custom lounge furnishings with comfortable seating, a bar, and a spectacular outdoor view of an active airport runway! Our standard rental rate includes tables with tablecloths. If your party is larger, we can accommodate more people for an additional cost. What really sets us apart is our ability to set up chairs and tables outside on suitable weather days!
Lighting and Sound
The Delta Echo Event Center features a professional stage, 14’ screen, full lighting rig and PA that can accommodate a full band or professional DJ. In addition, we have a full-featured sound board to help make sure the music is mixed just right. (You'll need to provide the sound personnel.) We have hosted a variety of entertainment events including CD launch parties, concerts, book release parties, and performances.
Other Services
- Climate-Controlled – The indoor event space is air-conditioned and heated for year-round events.
- Security – We offer security services, which are required at events that serve alcohol.
- Wi-Fi – for those who want to post their epic party shots to social media, we've got that covered with fast, free Wi-Fi.
- Catering coordination – we can work with your caterer to ensure everything arrives on time and is set up the way you want.
- Photography coordination – our event planner can coordinate with your photographer if necessary
